In our daily office work we deal with pictures very commonly. We do cut and paste and then resize the pictures one by one which is difficult and time consuming and also there is a huge chance different sizing. The same work can be done with one key i.e. Fn + F4. Just click the picture and press the key and picture will be converted in to your desired size in single click.
You can also use Fn + F4 command for repeating of your previous executed in Ms Word and Ms power point. This command is very beneficial for creating ease and to do the work on faster track.
We also do the same with the pictures in Ms Power Point i.e. dragging & size changing one after another. This work can be done in Ms PPT in just one go/ one click resize all the pictures in one click.
