Take deep breaths in counts of 4. Breathe through your stomach. Relax all your muscles one body part at a time. Imagine a beautiful beach, just you... no birds.... no sun.... just you and the rolling crashing waves. Once you start to drift be sure to input those positive thoughts and affirmations so we can start the healing process.
