In this meditation we will focus on inspiration. We will recall a time when we were greatly inspired by something. Whether it was another person a tv show a book etc... we want to recall that time we were so inspired that we got up and made positive change in our life. We are going to relive that moment and interject all the things we could have done better in hindsight. We are going to repeat that moment times 10, using our imagination to enhance and recreate this real life experience.
Close your eyes........ Take breaths in 4 Counts. We must slow our breathing in order to slow down our brain waves.
Relax......
Feel your entire body become relaxed. Breathe through your stomach, Inhale on counts of 4 and exhale on counts of 4.
Relax....... do this until you start to drift.
At drift point we will say one or all of these. We will recall what made us feel this way and live in that moment.

I am inspired by.............
I am healed mentally now because of.............
I am inspired by...............
I am healthy now because of...........
I am inspired by.....................
I am financially secure now because of................
I am Inspired by...............
I am spiritually mature now because of...............
