Take deep breaths in counts of 4. Breathe through your stomach. Relax all your muscles one body part at a time. Imagine a beautiful beach, just you and the birds that are singing to help you relax and drift away. Once you start your drift be sure to input those positive thoughts and affirmations so we can start the healing process. Do not simply fall asleep when meditating, unless the goal is to simply fall asleep. Either way, enjoy!
