"Man of Constant Sorrow" Trying out AccuLips in
Today I tried out AccuLips in iClone 8 for the first time. Basically what I did was download a part of the song Man of Constant Sorrow from the film O Brother, Where Art Thou. I uploaded this to the AccuLips feature in iClone which didn't pick up on the vocals at first, but after helping it with the lyrics it placed all words at the correct place automatically and placed visemes to drive the facial morphs. I did some minor adjustments and could easily refined each words carefully, but this was just my initial test to see how it worked so didn't spend any time on it.
This is what I got. Except from being very impressed with the result, I'm also genuinely surprised at the render/lighting quality in iClone as I've set up a nice workflow to transfer everything to Unreal, but this video was just rendered directly in iClone 8.
