HOW TO SPAWN, SETUP, and ATTACH a COMPONENT DURING #RUNTIME

So, let's say you've got some actor in your game that needs to have a component spawn--but dynamically and during runtime. Why? I don't know, I had a reason at one point so I looked into how to do it.
