Kangkong or water spinach is one of the the most common vegetables in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. It's a very nutritious green vegetable that's also very cheap.
What you'll need: 1 bunch of kangkong (250 grams), 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. dark sweet soy sauce, 1 tsp. fish sauce, and 1 tsp. sesame oil.
