ADHD in women is so tricky to diagnose. The symptoms can be so subtle that you can totally miss them. As a result, you can spend your entire life, wondering what the heck is wrong with you. My ADHD diagnosis didn't happen until I was over 50! I lived my whole life, thinking I was a screw up, constantly trying to figure things out.
While my ADHD diagnosis didn't solve everything, it did give me a blueprint and a sense of how to live with a big, busy brain. Now I coach other women with ADHD who get diagnosed as adults and have. to reconcile their entire life with this new understanding.
