Building your horse’s strength and suppleness is so much fun as there are SO many exercises you can do. This one was a fun little challenge for India and I, but she aced it as usual 🥰 (disclaimer: she aced it after we built up to it gradually… it’s all in the training!)

You can get very creative with pole and jump exercises, both on the ground and ridden. I love them because they give you both a clear focus for the session and they can be so varied as well.

You can also easily change the challenge level. So, you could start by doing this one in walk with only poles, and gradually build up to raising the poles and doing it in trot or canter depending on where your horse is at. Canter is pretty challenging in this one!
