Huge Progress Turning One Bedroom Into Two
Were making TWO bedrooms out of ONE by using a bunkbed for a 10 year old and a 6 year old. We're separating their rooms and it's going to be so great for both of them! They chose the paint colors which is a little tricky! Rafael wants a black room and Abigail wants an orange room! I think they will both like how this turns out. We've made HUGE progress here and were getting ready to put the doors on their brand new rooms. The partitions for the rooms are nearly complete, and the bed is still movable, which was important for us. We do not plan to make this a permanent change, but for the next couple of years, we wanted them to have privacy and their own room! We do not know our future, but we hope to be able to get a place that has 3 bedrooms in the future. This is the best we can do, and as such, we are trying to make it special to them. They are overjoyed to have their own spaces. We do not live in our bedrooms, though. That is why we chose to not transform our living area into bedrooms.
