Activity Flow:
1. Player 1 is playing to Player 2
2. Player 2 drops the ball back to player 1
3. Player 2 follows his pass and puts pressure to Player 1
4. Player 1 plays a One-Two with Player 3
5. Then Player 1 plays directly to Player 4, swaps the position with player 3 and receives a pass from Player 4
6. At the end Player 1 is playing the ball to the starting point on the other side
7. All players stay at their triangle and change their position as in the following, Player 1 goes to Station 3, Player 2 moves to Station1, Player 3 moves to Station 2
Organization:
1. Set up 6 cones
2. Two triangles (10m height & 10m length)
3. Distance between the two triangles around 5-10m
4. Enough extra balls to start again
Coaching Points:
1. Passing
Awareness / Orientation - Before selecting check over your shoulder to see where the space, opponents and your teammates are on the field
Speed of the Pass - Quickly to allow team mate to turn, slowly to allow team mate to protect the ball or play one touch)
Accuracy of the Pass - In front if no opponent near, behind if opponent close
Timing - When to release the ball to best help team mate
Type of Pass - Inside of foot to ensure accuracy or spin, laces for longer passes, outside of foot when under pressure or to shape away from opponent
Variations:
1. Easier - Play the same passing pattern in only one triangle and the dribble back to the starting point
2. Harder - Start with two balls at the same time, left and right starting point
