Activity Flow:
1. The Green Team plays in the inner field 3 vs. 1, trying to keep possession
2. If the ball is intercepted by the blue player, they are allowed to pass the ball to the blue team on the outside
3. Then the blue team plays 6 vs. 3 in the large field, trying to keep possession
4. As soon as the green team wins the ball back, they start playing in the small field again
5. Two players of the blue team follow the green team into the small field, playing 3 vs. 1 again
6. If one team wins the ball back in less than six seconds after losing possession, they receive one point

Organisation:
1. Mark an approx. 15 x 15 meter large field
2. Mark one big field with 25 x 25 meters
3. Distribute players into two teams, look at your numbers - when you have only 9 players play 3 vs. 1 and 6 vs. 3
4. Enough balls next to the coach
5. Coach starts the action

Coaching Points:
1. Movement to create space to receive the ball for yourself or a team mate
2. Awareness / Orientation - Before moving to support the player on the ball check over your shoulder to see where the space, opponents and your teammates are on the field
3. Passing - Speed of the Pass - Quickly to allow team mate to turn, slowly to allow team mate to protect the ball or play one touch)
4. Ball control - Direction of first touch Keep the ball moving, ball should always be in motion, first touch in direction of next action, away from opponent or into space
5. Transition - The moment in the game when the team have lost the ball
Reaction - As quickly as possible react to the moment to either take up a position to regain the ball or pressure the opponent on the ball

Variations:
1. Easier - Enlarge fields
2. Easier - reduce number of players 3 vs. 1 and 6 vs. 3
3. Harder - Limit the number of touches
4. Harder - reduce the size of the fields
