Activity Flow:
1. There are several players (8-20) in a large rectangle
2. The coach passes 2-4 balls into the rectangle
3. The players pass these balls to each other
4. The ball must be in constant motion and each player must be in an open position to the ball at all times so they can receive it
5. The coach then plays more balls into the field (depending on the level of the team)

Organisation:
1. Build a rectangle with 4 cones (15x20m)
2. All players are in the rectangle
3. 10 balls or more - all balls that are not needed are next to the coach
4. Coach brings in a backup ball if a mistake is made

Coaching Points:
1. Communication with each other
2. Passing
Awareness / Orientation - Before selecting check over your shoulder to see where the space, opponents and your teammates are on the field
Speed of the Pass - Quickly to allow team mate to turn, slowly to allow team mate to protect the ball or play one touch)
Accuracy of the Pass - In front if no opponent near, behind if opponent close
Timing - When to release the ball to best help team mate
Type of Pass - Inside of foot to ensure accuracy or spin, laces for longer passes, outside of foot when under pressure or to shape away from opponent

Variations:
1. Easier - Increase the size of the playing field
2. Easier - less balls in the field at the same time
3. Easier - more players (but beware: it becomes more confusing at the same time)
4. Harder - smaller playing field
5. Harder - more balls in the field
