In this video, we perform a Tabata system workout at home. We perform 8 cycles with intervals of 20/10. This format of interval training allows you to get a good load in a minimum time. For a full workout, you can perform several laps. 1 lap is only 4 minutes. The video presents 2 options for performing exercises (for beginners and for more advanced). Good luck friends.
