Discover how to quickly model a realistic ocean in 3ds Max with just a few steps! In this tutorial, I demonstrate how to create a dynamic sea surface using the Noise modifier. We start by creating a 4x4 meter Plane with an 80x80 segmentation. By applying two Noise modifiers with varying settings—one with larger waves and the other with smaller details—we achieve a complex ocean surface.
