More than $52 billion in opioid settlement money from the pharmaceutical industry is beginning to flow to states and local governments nationwide to help fight the opioid crisis. With so much at stake, Spotlight on America is taking a deeper look at plans to spend the money, but as National Investigative Correspondent Angie Moreschi discovered, there are growing concerns over a lack of transparency.
