Instructions If You Got Confused Or Disabled:
1.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE:
HM05 - FLASH
HM06 - ROCK SMASH
2.an make sure you can use them outside of battle
3.go to dewford and go to the cave near the back
4.go down two ladders until you see rocks that you can smash
5.go to them and keep smashing them until you get a pokebattle with Nosepass!

**NOTE** if that does not work go up a ladder and then back down a ladder and the rocks will re-appear and you can try again!
