Instructions If You Got Confused Or Disabled:
1.go to marvelle city and go to the house next the the pokemart
2.go in and talk to the woman and she said she wants a harbor mail
3.now to to slatport and go the pokemart and buy 1 harbor mail
4.go back to the woman in the house in marvelle city
5.and talk to her and a '!' will apear abover her head and she wants you to trade with her
6.simply click yes to trade and now you have a coin case!

**NOTE** this works on pokemon sapphire and ruby as well!
