What are the various ways that people can respond to conflict? In talking about how to respond to conflict, the questions that often comes to mind is: Is conflict good or bad? Usually some people say it’s good while some say it’s bad. But looking at it from the point of good and bad, good or bad is just the result. Conflict is neither good nor bad.
