Welcome to Trauma Chat Room
Trauma Chat Room is a programme designed to inform and create awareness on the impact of trauma as well as the dangers associated with ignoring prolonged trauma.
As part of Safer World Foundation’s efforts to relieve community trauma and create awareness, this series is designed and developed to address different trauma and psychosocial related issues.
This was informed by SWF’s visit to several communities and engaging community members. It was obvious that community members are traumatized but lack basic information about trauma and how it affects them not only as individuals but the community at large.
