In Windows 11, you can force applications to open on your primary monitor by following these steps:

1. Right-click on the application's shortcut or executable file and select "Properties".
2. Click on the "Compatibility" tab.
3. Under "Settings", click on the "Change high DPI settings" button.
4. Under "High DPI scaling override", check the box next to "Override high DPI scaling behavior".
5. In the "Scaling performed by" dropdown menu, select "Application".
6. Click "OK" to save the changes.

This will force the application to open on your primary monitor, even if it was last opened on a secondary monitor.

If you want to force all applications to open on your primary monitor, you can also adjust your display settings:

1. Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings".\
2. Under "Multiple displays", make sure that "Duplicate desktop on 1 and 2" is not selected.
3. Click on the "Identify" button to see which monitor is your primary monitor.
