I used to think you needed to spend hours in the gym doing a load of complicated exercises to get results.
I tried thousands of different exercises from various angles to achieve results as quickly as possible and transform my body. But it required dedicating 80% of my time, which I didn't want to spend solely on building my physique because I didn't want to become a professional bodybuilder, just like 99.99% of people who work out.
In fact, my best results came when I focused only on basic exercises. I haven't changed anything for years, and I've reduced my workout time to 1 hour every two days so I can manage four businesses and open my own gym.
