Gelya, blind from birth, and Varya, a girl diagnosed with arthrogryposis, were left by their parents in an orphanage from birth.
Already in adolescence, they were found by adoptive parents Ilya and Olga Ovodov. They did everything possible to get the children back on their feet. Several operations were performed both on Varya’s legs and on Gelya’s eyes. Children now study well, sing, draw, travel with their parents to all cities, and live full lives.
Ilya Ovodov created a program specifically for his blind daughter Angelina that recognizes Braille. There are no analogues of it in the world.
There are already 6 adopted children in the Ovodov family. Just recently they took another girl into the family, 6-year-old Zhenya, diagnosed with Spina Bifida. I would like to wish this family prosperity and well-being!
