In the Moscow region, in the city of Podolsk, a boy who lived like Mowgli was discovered! When he was found in an apartment, he was naked, crawling on all fours, baring his teeth, and howling like a dog. The only piece of furniture in the room was a mat where the boy and the dog slept together for days on end. He was raised by the dog. His head was infested with lice, and his toenails were of enormous size. He was kept in such conditions by his mother and grandmother, who were later deemed sane, and the mother only received a suspended sentence.
This case occurred in 2005. By a stroke of luck, Vitya Kozlovtsev was taken in by his adoptive mother, Lilith Gorelova, and she has been raising him for 19 years now.
