Welcome to the ultimate challenge in the game: Pull-ups. As you return to the gym in Chapter 14, you'll encounter another rhythm mini-game where mastering button sequences is key. The order may seem awkward at first, and it changes between rounds. After besting Andrea and completing the Wavering Heart side quest, you'll face Jay. Defeat him, and then the fastest pull-upper in the west, Jules, joins the fray. Even though Jules falls in the first round, he rebounds with an impressive score of 40-45. This means you must be flawless not only in learning the button combo but also in speeding up your rhythm.

This trophy might be the most challenging in the game, but don't give up. Some players recommend turning off the music and sound to focus solely on Tifa’s movements. Others suggest saying the button order out loud to yourself. I found myself doing this because the order can be tricky at higher speeds. Additionally, I'll include a video guide, but be aware that in my experience, Jules never fell in the second round like in the video.

One amusing side effect of earning this trophy is that Tifa's girlish, feminine form becomes incredibly muscular! But don't worry, it's just a mod. The mod repository Nexus Mods offers a trio of new transformations for the FF7 girls, created by modder FudgeX02. Each mod turns one of FF7R’s leading ladies into a muscle mommy, with names like "Aerith Gainsbro," "Beefa" Lockhart, and "Buffie" Kisaragi. These mods are hilarious and incredibly well-crafted.

FudgeX02 explains that he created these mods because he felt Tifa was too thin to be a brawler, and he wanted her to look more like Cammy from Street Fighter. As for Aerith and Yuffie, he just thought it would be fun to give them some muscle. He's a fan of muscular women, believing that bigger is better.

It's certainly unexpected to see Tifa and Yuffie looking like bodybuilders, but it adds an interesting twist to the game. Who knew they were hiding such strength beneath their usual appearances? It's a fun and creative way to reimagine these iconic characters.
