Did you know that in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Darth maul only blinks three times? Ray Park did this because he thought it would add to Maul’s villainous character. Darth Maul blinks one when his light-saber is cut in half, once when he’s sliced by Obi-Wan’s light-saber, and then one last time as he realizes what just happened to him.
