Producer George Lucas acknowledges in a behind-the-scenes Raiders of the Lost Ark teaser trailer that Indiana was the name of his dog, an Alaskan Malamute who served as the model for Harrison Ford's furry sidekick Chewbacca in the Star Wars films. Indiana was initially featured in the DVD collection released in 2003.
