POE Forged Warrior Spectre
These are very interesting.
They have a basic melee attack with 75% of physical damage converted to cold damage, with VERY high base damage, and 25% less attack damage.
They also have a spell which summons a water tornado, with spell echo it summons 2. The tornado is considered an alternate minion so scaling it's damage will be hard.
They also use a weird slam attack, they slam the ground which creates a rupture in the ground that creates a water geyser at the end of it's travel.
The rupture is able to damage enemies while travelling.
It has 50% physical damage converted to cold damage and 60% more area of effect.
It also has the line "causes 8 bursts" I am not sure what this means exactly.
The geyser that is created at the end does constant ticks of damage, and this damage is actually quite significant.
If supported with Multistrike the slam attack will create 3 geysers.
The geysers are affected by area of effect.
These have 85% cold resistance and 0 of the others.
They have about 50% the life of a Primal Crushclaw.
Overall,
This should be a VERY strong melee spectre option.
They actually have MORE base damage when compared to a Primal Crushclaw, but a little bit slower attack time with 1.5 seconds base for the Forged Warrior and 1.17 for the Primal Crushclaw.
If you can get the geysers to all be sitting on-top of targets, the damage potential could be very high.
I would definitely try to get a decent amount of AoE on the Geysers.

These can be obtained from Verisium Ore nodes in the 3.25 league mechanic.
Minions that are summoned by spectres; Also called Alternate minions. Only gain stats from a few sources:
-Anything that mentions allies, think stuff like auras.
-Curses
-And ONLY support gems that have the "minion" tag.
