These use a basic melee attack with low base damage.

They have a slam that deals 50% more attack damage and has 50% of physical damage converted to fire.
The slam is on a 8.5 seconds cooldown.

This slam triggers 3 Geysers of Cremation that shoot out projectiles.
The geysers last for 10 seconds and shoot out projectiles every 0.5 seconds.
The limit on the Geysers is 3 per spectre, even when more are created with multistrike.

These have 60% the life of a Primal Crushclaw.
They have innate 75% fire resistance.
They also have a much higher armour value compared to other spectres.

Overall,
Cool spectre, the Cremation has pretty big base damage numbers when it's placed on top of bosses, especially with extra projectiles.
Clearing is probably not the best however.

These can be found from the Allflame ember of Ngamahu.
