I have set spectre count to 45 to simulate 9 spectres hitting with 5 projectiles.
(I do actually have 9, even tho in the video i have 8 XD)

If you are looking to get a shaper weapon, they are not that hard to get:

Grab some cheap bases from the trade house, one with:
socketed spells deal 40% more spell damage

And the other with:
Socketed gems are supported by cold penetration.

These should cost very little anywhere from 1-10c
If faster casting would also be nice.

Then all you have to do is recombinate them in your kingdom, this will just cost you gold, might take quite a few tries, but other than the gold its very cheap to do.
