POE Cleansing Guardian Spectre
These use a low base damage physical Delayed Blast spell which is on a 2.5 seconds cooldown.
They also use a low base damage physical projectile spell on a 12 seconds cooldown.
They have 80% the life of a Primal Crushclaw and 33% life as extra energy shield.
40% elemental resistances and 25% chaos resistance.
Overall,
The spell looks cool I guess...
These can be found in T17 maps randomly, or the node Invasive Adversaries can be allocated on the atlas skill tree(Top side, just to the right of the Maven keystone).
