Exercise to overcome bad sleep

If you don't get enough sleep each night - and if we are being honest, that's most of us - then you might want to exercise more. A new study showed that people who don't sleep enough were more likely to die from any cause, including cancer and heart disease. But, of those people who didn’t get enough sleep, exercising more than the minimum recommended amount appeared to make up for the loss of sleep. People who exercised more than 150 minutes per week did not have an increased risk of dying, even if they slept for less than six hours each night.
