Not just that but posting information on social media websites can greatly affect the outcome of your case as well. Such is the case for one of our clients who had a girlfriend accuse him of being violent and even filed an injunction against him. She stated all of these horrible things about him that simply were not true. And we caught her in those lies because she continued to text and email our client about how much she loved and missed him. And about how she didn't mean to tell the lies about the violence but she was angry and wanted him to suffer. You must be very careful about what actions you take during a family law case, even when it comes to what you're writing or posting about online.
