Freeze Frame Effect - Advanced - Premiere Pro CC 2021
In this tutorial I show you the freeze frame effect also known as the clone trailing effect in premiere pro cc 2021.
The first step is to drop your footage into premiere pro. Next hit the export frame button (camera icon) and make sure you select png format and import into project.
Click M to make a marker on the frame you want to use.
You will also need to open the image / frame with photoshop. Remove the background in the properties panel.
