Amtrak 164 Phase IV HU, Amtrak Dash 8, and BNSF AC44 leader on the CPKC around Rio and Portage, WI

Out and about for another special Amtrak Empire Builder catch this time it wasn't late or had a BNSF locomotive lead it this time it was on time and had Amtrak 164 the new Phase IV heritage unit. The last few times we have seen the Phase IV heritage unit was Amtrak 184 before it was painted into Phase V. So this was the first time for me catching 164 as it now wears the Phase IV scheme. We weren't done here as we headed down to Portage, WI where we would see Amtrak #1333 with a P42DC leading and with Amtrak 517 P32-8WH trailing. Then we would see CPKC 255 with a BNSF AC4400CW leading which we don't see everyday. 255 also consisted of two other NS locomotives which were a AC44C6M and a SD70ACC. It was quite the day around the CPKC Watertown and Tomah subs on this cloudy. afternoon.
