Activity Flow:
1. Start team (Team Black) starts the action and dribbles onto the field with three players
2. From the other team two players (Team Yellow) run onto the field as defenders
3. The attacking team has the goal to score a goal as fast as possible
4. The defenders are allowed to transition when they get the ball
5. The action is not over until the ball is out of the field or in the goal
6. After the first action follows the second action where three new yellow players dribble onto the field as attackers
7. One player from the previously attacking team leaves the field of play as quickly as possible, creating another 3 vs. 2 situation
8. This sequence can be repeated as often as desired, practice times and break times are determined by the number of players available

Organization:
1. Mark an approx. 20x25m field
2. Two large goals with goalkeepers
3. Cones to mark the field
4. Sufficient balls next to the goals
5. Players stand to the left and right of their own goal
6. Organize two teams
7. Designate a starting team

Coaching Points:
1. Make sure that the intensity is as high as possible for the entire playing time
2. Playing forms - What do I have to consider as a coach?
3. Playing field - size of the playing field adapted to the number of players active at the same time
4. Load control - monitor load/intensity for the individual player (in a small game form, higher load than in a large game form, since there are no breaks in which the player can switch off or is passive)
5. Break times - As a coach, make sure that no player has a break that is too long, possibly causing them to get cold and sick as a result

Variations:
1. End the action according to the procedure explained in the description and restart
2. Do not remove the attacker and continue after the first action in 3 vs. 3
