How many times were you requested to share some PDFs and you felt that it would be better if you could merge them? Or only needed to share some of the PDF pages instead of the whole document? Or you needed to compose one PDF out pieces of many?

In this video you will learn how to manipulate PDFs without Adobe Acrobat. There is a very nice and free tool that, among several other things, allow you to manipulate PDF in a certain level WITHOUT needing to pay the license for Adobe.

This video is not sponsored by PDF995 in any shape or form. They have no idea I produced it. This was my pure opinion.

Trick Stats

Complexity: 3 out of 5
You need to download and install 4 software on your computer, as well as getting familiar to the PDF995 not that much friendly User Interface.

Performance: 4 out of 5
The amount of time that you are going to save by knowing how to play with multiple PDFs will be great. There are only 2 ways I know that could by-pass PDF995: 1) Buying Adobe license; 2) Printing the PDF pages you want and the scanning them back on the order you want. This tool is definitively easier than these 2, right? :)

Organization/Control: 2 out of 5
The value as organization that may take out of this is the fact that you now can have combined PDFs from different sources into a single file. This is good and I use it a lot, it´s just not relatively good enough to reach 3 stars.

Deliverable: 3 out of 5
Have you imagined yourself delivering one single PDF file to your Manager or your customer? Rater than sending more than one file and having to explain on the email where to pay attention?
Where you creating a nice document, but out of many files, but you only want people to evaluate the page 10? How to get this one only shared without needing to copy/paste this page out of your document, saving it and then sharing it thru?
What if the file size is too big?
This tool will help you avoid all these problems, enhancing your deliverable quality along with your performance.

A little background about myself

I'm a Program Manager working for a prestige world-wide IT and Telecom corporation, present in more than 100 countries and having more than 35 thousand employees. I'm 8 years working for this company and within this period I managed to grow from a technician to a Director and be relocated several times. All of these before 40's. I was only 35 years old when I was relocated to USA and only 36 years old when I was promoted to Direction level. My ultimate goal is to teach you my path, how I managed to do it, my right choices and the bad ones as well, to short the several years long corporate journey from expert to Director into just few years. Among several skills you have, dominating MS Office was one of the success keys to call attention to my efficiency, organization and outstanding results delivered.
