PAL and NTSC are both analog TV color systems. NTSC delivers a frame rate of 29.97 FPS at 720 x 480 pixels resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio, while PAL uses a frame rate of 25 FPS, 720 x 480 pixels resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio. Briefly, Americans users NTSC and everybody else uses PAL. If you connect a PAL source to a NTSC display, the image will be black and white, with black bars and scrolling up and down.

Step 1: Click DVD Disc button to import the source PAL DVD.

Step 3: Click the Settings button to make NTSC changes: 29.97 FPS, 720 x 480 pixels resolution, 4:3 aspect ratio. If you want to convert NTSC DVD to PAL, just set the settings to PAL, namely 25 FPS, 720 x 576 pixels and 4:3 aspect ratio.
Step 4: Hit the RUN button to start converting PAL DVD to NTSC.
How to Convert PAL Video to NTSC DVD and Vice Versa?
Step 1: Click the “Add Video” button to load the PAL source video.
Step 2: Scroll down to find the “DVD Profile”, click on it and select the “NTSC DVD Format” as the output. This step applies to convert NTSC video to PAL DVD as well.
Step 3: Hit the “RUN” button to activate PAL video to NTSC DVD conversion.
