Embark on an electrifying journey through FF7R Chapter 13, "A Broken World," guided by cryogenicheart2019 as he fumbles through the game thankfully not talking.

Cloud and Tifa find themselves amidst the rubble of Midgar. After the cinematic intro, they duck under debris and respond to Barret's desperate call for help. Following the cutscene, they head right, choosing the left fork in the road and navigating debris to reach an open area teeming with Sector 7 survivors.

As they make their way towards Wall Market, Cloud experiences another vision after a short cutscene. Entering the bustling town, they avoid Shinra troops by turning right and continuing north. Inside, a visit to Chadley nets them new Battle Intel and Materia. Heading west through town, they find Elmyra at Aerith's house, who informs them Marlene is safe.

Upstairs, a reunion with Marlene is followed by another cutscene, with Elmyra recounting the day she met Aerith. Opening a chest yields the Mythical Amulet, a welcome prize. Back on the main street, they turn right and head back towards Wall Market, then proceed to Sector 5, where Chadley and new equipment await at the shop.

The familiar tunnel from Chapter 9 beckons. Destroying Shinra boxes, they follow the path until reaching the collapsed expressway. Equipping Lightning and Ice Materia, they turn right, climb ladders, defeat Gorgers, and reach the next ladder. Navigating through Varghidpolis, Ringmaw, and other foes, they proceed through the Sweeper Prototype and Smogger area. A Heavy-Duty Bracer from a chest further bolsters their arsenal as they prepare for the climactic showdown with Reno and Rude.

Equipped with Wind, Poison, and Binding Materia, they face the notorious duo in two phases, utilizing strategies honed in Chapter 8 against Rude. With 30 precious seconds to escape after the victory, they trigger a cutscene marking the end of Chapter 12.

Chapter 13:

Waking up, they aid Barret in clearing debris, reunite with Tifa, and follow the road to Wall Market. Passing Madam M's parlor, they exit and follow the road again until reaching Sector 5. A visit to Chadley is recommended before heading to Aerith's house. After a series of events, they find themselves in the Sector 7 Slums, helping Barret and encountering Wymer.

A small hub area awaits exploration, revealing a blue bench, the Item Store clerk, and the Weapon Shop merchant. Noteworthy equipment like Big Bertha and Song 15 are available for purchase. Passing through the playset tunnel, they find themselves back in the S7-6 Service Tunnel. Following Barret, they climb ladders and emerge in the Sector 7 Slums once more.

Helping Barret move a wall and following Wedge's cat lead them down a hole. Events unfold, placing Barret in control for the "In Solitude" section. Equipped with Wind and Ice Materia, he restocks at a vending machine and approaches the rubble. Clearing the way, he encounters Bugaboos, Wererats, and other foes in the corridor.

Chests offer valuable loot, and Gorgers appear alongside Burk, Beck, Butch, and the Grungy Bandit. Climbing a ladder leads to the next level, where Ringmaws await. Destroying a crane and facing Bloodhounds are just some of the challenges he overcomes. Navigating through various areas, he obtains Ether and other items before facing a group of Bugaboos and claiming the Magician's Bracelets. The Failed Experiment boss fight looms.

Equipped with Steal and Shiva Summon Materia, they battle Unknown Entities. After the fight, they proceed through the area, defeating more enemies and finding Materia and equipment. Preparing for the rematch with the Failed Experiment, remember to steal Poison Materia during the battle. Ice attacks on the Appendage are key, and utilizing Shiva's Summon Abilities grants a crucial advantage.

With the boss vanquished, shooting the broken wall reveals the source of the Unknown Entities. A concluding cutscene plays as they carry Wedge towards his house. One final turn around a corner triggers another cutscene, marking the end of Chapter 13.
