This video is the second in a four-part series in which I will be talking about the use of references when creating figurative artwork. In this second video I will explain why taking time to produce our own reference photos is important and how it can actually be quite easy to do. I also give specific ideas of how to take photos quickly and easily whether you are interested in portraits, animals, landscapes, and other subjects.
