INGREDIENTS:
1 small bowl Mix Veg (dry)
Few Coriander Leaves, chopped
60 g (4 tbsp) Refined Flour

50 ml Water
Salt
50 g (3 tbsp) Bread Crumbs
2 g Butter
1 Loaf French Bread (6 inch), cut horizontally and toasted
60 g (4 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Original
Few Lettuce Leaves
1 small Cucumber, sliced
1 small Tomato, sliced
Few Black Olives and Jalapenos



Directions:
1. In a bowl add mix veg and coriander leaves. Mash the veggies using potato masher, mix well and make two round shape balls.
2. Shape up the balls like cutlet and keep it aside.
3. In a bowl, add refined flour, water and salt. Mix well until a smooth mixture is formed.
4. Coat veg cutlet in the above batter and then roll in breadcrumbs from all sides. Place the cutlet in the refrigerator for half an hour.
5. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry cutlet until light golden brown.
6. Toast the bread subs on a pan.

For Assembling- Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the bread. Place lettuce leaf on the lower part of the bread, top it up with cucumber slices, tomato slices, veg cutlet, olives and jalapenos. Cover it up with the upper side of the bread and press slightly. Serve.

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
