INGREDIENTS:
Servings: 2
30 g (2 tsp) Red Chilli Powder
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 tbsp Italian Herbs
Salt
50 g (3 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Burger
2 tbsp Refined Flour
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Black Pepper Powder
75 ml Water
200 g Baby Potato, boiled and pressed
200 ml Vegetable Oil
1small Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
Few Coriander Leaves, chopped(for garnish)


Directions:

1. For Cajun Spice Mix: In a bowl add red chilli powder, garlic, Italian herbs and salt. Mix well.
2. In another bowl add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, refined flour, corn flour, black pepper powder, cajun spice mix and water. Mix well until smooth mixture is formed. Add potatoes and gently mix together.
3. Heat oil in a kadhai (medium flame) and deep fry above potatoes for 5-6 minutes or until crisp.
4. In a bowl add fried potatoes, onion, red chilli sauce, remaining burger mayonnaise. Gently mix well, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
