🏋️♂️ Equipment: A set of dumbbells (I'm using 30 lb / 14 kg dumbbells), and a mat

⏱️ Intervals: 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. Finisher: x3 - 30 second exercises without rest between. Finish with a 4 minute cool down and stretch
