Scalloped Potatoes Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
3 tbsp or 42g Butter
3 tbsp or 42 g Flour
1 cup or 250ml Heavy Cream
1/2 cup or 125ml Milk
1 cup or 90g Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Recipe for Scalloped Potatoes:
Scalloped Potatoes Cheese Sauce
4 Cups or 700g Potatoes (Russet – peeled, sliced 1/4 inch or 6mm thick)
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup or 45g Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
For this recipe, I used an 8 x 8-inch baking dish – buttered.
Cooked in oven at 350˚F or 176˚C uncovered for 1 hour.
Serving size is for 4-6 people
