How to add a page as homepage in Wordpress Tutorial

Welcome in this step by step Wordpress Tutorial.

In this video I am going to show you how you can add a page as homepage in your Wordpress website.

STEP 1:

Go to your Wordpress Website Dashboard
Settings / Reading
Your Homepage Displays / Homepage (click here and select the new homepage
Save Changes

STEP 2:

Appearance
Menu
Click on the current Home page and click on REMOVE
Click on the page you want to be displayed as the new Home page
Change the name in: Home
Drag and drop that page on top
Save menu

Note:

In some Wordpress Themes you need to check that you are editing the main menu + footer menu. So both are good ;)
