There's a rigged bow and arrow template, modular character rigging, better re-targeting between armatures in Blender and good animation transfer script that maps animation between armatures regardless of bone position, hierarchy or naming!
What's coming in the next update of my free Blender to UE4 add-on Mr Mannequins Tools that enables import and export of mannequin compatible animations and meshes (no re-targeting necessary) as well as providing an animation ready biped armature / rig and all the meshes and materials to get you started with a Blender to Unreal Engine character pipeline / workflow!
