In project management, risk management is identifying, evaluating, and preventing risks to a project that can impact the desired outcomes.
How to calculate the current risk matrix?
The score is based on three factors:
The actual status of the task
The priority of the task
and the weight(s).
We need to create a simple helper table to build the risk matrix.
Use the COUNTIFS function to count values in the Status and Priority columns.
