The winter time is a big problem for many Calisthenics athletes - especially for those who don't go to the gym or don't have equipment at home. Today I will give you some tips and motivation how you can train efficiently during the winter months without losing progress - and even with making progress.
The quick answer is: adjustment. Adapt to the situation of not being able to use bars anymore and learn new skills. There are PLENTY of cool moves tp learn and you don't ever have to touch a bar.
In the most ideal situation you can combine indoor and outdoor workouts and maximize your gains and results. Anyways: use this time to become stronger and come back into spring with power!
