Microsoft PowerApps: Filter Gallery So Users Only See Their Items
How to filter a Power App Canvas App Gallery to show items only the current user viewing the app has created.

This makes it personalized to that user and prevents employees from seeing each other’s submitted forms.
This has been achieved by using PowerApp formulas within the gallery to match the email address of the user viewing the app against the email address of the user that created the SharePoint item.
