How to setup an Asterisk PBX.
Covers:
-Starting with creating a virtual machine on VMWare ESXi
-Installing Debian
-Downloading and compiling Asterisk from source.
-Installing the basic-pbx example.
-Running it and discussing how to start and stop it.
Once installed have a look through /etc/asterisk pjsip.conf for phone end points, SIP trunk examples and extensions.conf for call flow examples.
